Australian actress roped in for Game of Thrones Season 6!

Production is already underway on the very popular HBO show Game of Thrones Season 6, and it is not a surprise that more and more casting news is hitting the interweb. Variety has reported that Essie Davis, the Australian actress from – The Babadook- has been signed up for a role in the drama series.
Essie will be playing an actress, who is cast in a play-within-the-show titled as The Bloody Hand, a theatrical drama that will portray all things related to Westeros.  In the play Essie would be playing the role of Cersei Lannister, and presumably would be getting into trouble for that.

There is talk that Richard E Grant will be playing the leader of the theater troupe that will conduct the play The Bloody Hand. It is not clear as to how many episodes the duo would star in.

Excitement continues to reach its peak as actors from the world over are being roped in for the drama series to be premiered in April 2016. The series will for sure unfold many surprises, extravaganzas and the usual twists and turns that it is so well known for. Till the time it is finally aired fans have a lot to chew on and feed their anxiety with as news keeps spilling out of the production sets.
